After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.

Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by ALEJANDRO CARLIN. In addition, ALEJANDRO CARLIN reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.



Customers must provide ALEJANDRO CARLIN with complete and accurate details when making purchases. ALEJANDRO CARLIN is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.  

All of our prices are in MXN, ALEJANDRO CARLIN is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once ALEJANDRO CARLIN receives payment either through Credit Card or PayPal.

Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. ALEJANDRO CARLIN uses the Shopify Online Payment Gateway for all online credit card transactions. Shopify Payments is a PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by ALEJANDRO CARLIN or any third party.

We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system or suspected of fraud, we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, ALEJANDRO CARLIN will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.



Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. ALEJANDRO CARLIN does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note ALEJANDRO CARLIN does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL Express & your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.


If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.


- Item/s will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us


- Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, socks, sticky bras, boob tape or earrings unless defective or faulty.



To return your order just click on 'Submit return' at the top of this page or log into your White Fox account and click 'Return Items' next to your order. All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Returns Policy)


What do I do If I receive a faulty item?

If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered - please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organize a free return for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.

Please note that ALEJANDRO CARLIN does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash, wear and tear.




When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day are shipped the same day, if your order is placed after this it will be dispatched the next day**.

Purchases made on Weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.


Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
